The Foundry Association of Slovenia, together with the co-organizers the Faculty of Science and Technology of the University of Ljubljana and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Maribor, organizes an international foundry event - the 64th IFC Portorož 2024 with a foundry exhibition, from 18 to 20 September 2024. It is a traditional annual September foundry event, which is attended by prominent world-renowned scientists from universities and institutes around the world and from Slovenia, and experts from foundry companies, foundry societies and associations, as well as all those who are in any way connected to foundry. The motto of this year's conference is:

EDUCATION - COMPETITIVENESS - ENVIRONMENT

The foundry exhibition provides a presentation for foundry companies, suppliers for the foundry industry, tool shops, scientific organizations, professional magazines and trade fair organizations.
